Normal Production Time:

Production time varies per item.  Most items are 3-7 business days after art approval.  See each item for standard production time.  All times shown are “business days”.  Production time will begin after approval of order and proof approvals.  Production time does not include transit time for shipping.  


All orders are acknowledged by e-mail. Please review carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or required changes.  

Rush Orders:

Most items are available for rush service at no additional charge.  If you have a rush order please contact us for details prior to placing your order.  Once a rush order has been placed and confirmed we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.


We do our very best to make sure all prices are current.  If there are price changes we will contact you prior to processing your order for approval. 

Email Proofs:

A proof will be provided on all orders prior to production. This allows you the opportunity to make any changes to your artwork. Your order will be moved into production upon proof approval. 


Random samples are available for most items.  Please contact us for details. 

Changes to Orders:

Changes must be made in writing, will depend on where order is in process, and may incur additional charges.  Changes may delay production and shipping. 

Cancellation Charge:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of an order in process will be charged according to costs incurred at the time of cancellation and may include a cancellation charge. 

Return Authorization:

Merchandise may not be returned without authorization. All return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. 


Up to, or less than 5% will be billed accordingly.  If you require exact quantity please let us know and we will do our best to make sure exact quantities are shipped, however, in some instances this may not be possible. 


Our products are produced and shipped from various factories throughout the USA. If there are multiple items on an order, they may arrive in separate shipments. 

Set-Up Charges:

Set-up charges vary by item.  See each item for details. 

Artwork Requirements:

  • All artwork must be submitted in vector art format.  Adobe Illustrator (ai, eps or .pdf)
  • All colors must be provided with order.  Please provide the art in the PMS color required.
  • All files must have fonts converted to outlines. 
  • Embedded or linked images, or any other file formats placed within an .eps or .ai document at not acceptable.
